After Graduation I worked at a couple odd jobs - Clerk at a Plumbing Supply Co. (which went bankrupt - hopefully not because of me) then as a mail/membership clerk at Pittsburgh Motor Club which was taken over by AAA where I worked in Emergency Road Service until I went into the US Navy in 1966. Spent 2 years active duty stationed at the Brooklyn Naval Yard. Had tours in England, Spain and Portugal and spent over a month in the Azores searching for a lost Submarine. After the Navy I attended Electronic Computer Programming Institute for Computer Programming. In 1969 I started my career at Alcoa at the corporate headquarters in Pittsburgh. Worked as an EAM operator, Mainframe Computer Operator, Mainframe Programmer in Plant Support, Systems Analyst in Mid-Range support, Corporate Email support as Corporate Email Administrator and retired in 1999. Went back to Alcoa as a contractor at the North America Data Center before retiring for good in 2002.
In Retirement I assisted with the WHS 30th & 37th Reunions and in 2003 coordinated our 40th Reunion. In 2004 I began the Tiger Tales '63 Yearly Newsletter which is going strong to date and currently coordinating plans for our 50th Reunion.
